guys, I m toking abt eggs here. It is the most handy ingredient to cook a quick
n delicious breakfast or meal!!
Eggs are”
sarvgunsampana”(i.e. has al d qualities) as it contains proteins, vitamins, minerals,
fats. Eggs have nly 71colories so u can easily accommodate it in ur daily food.
If you r extremely calorie conscious u cn skip the egg yolk as it contains most
of d fat.
Egg is
the most balanced food in nature. Along with improving strength it is good for
eyesight n brain development. It also keeps you feeling full, longer dan cereal
or toast.
EASY CHEESY OMELET
1egg
Salt n pepper to taste
Red chilli powder to taste
1 cheese cube
½ onion finely chopped
½ tomato finely chopped
Procedure-
1.
Beat egg with salt,
pepper, red chilli powder until light.
2.
Add little oil on
pan and spread.
3.
Pour the mixture on
pan.
4.
When set yet gooey
add the mixture of grated cheese, onions and tomatoes.
5.
Fold it in half and
let bottom get brown.
6.
Flip over and brown
other side.
CUT AND SERVE!!
