Sharabat-e-sehat


For all you fitness freaks a new recipe for quick healthy and most importantly tasty juice...
Ingredients:
1 beetroot grated
4 pomegranates
1/2 cup of water
1 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp mint (pudina) juice
1 tbsp honey
Procedure:
1. Extract beetroot juice,  strain and keep in a cool place.
2. Extract pomegranate juice;  strain it.
3. Combine pomegranate juice, beetroot juice,  water, lime juice,  mint juice and honey; mix well. Serve chill...
That's it...quick healthy n tasty juice ready. .
Nutrition ( per serving )
1.25 kcal, 1.4 grams protein,  32.6 grams carbohydrates,  1.4 grams fibre, 0 grams fats, 20 mg sodium.
