Health + Taste

Nikki and I are gym freaks. But we do have our share of calories once in a while. People think tasty is a similie for fats and calories. It is not true!! Now a days people are getting health concious and this is tickling their creative bone. People are finding healthy alternative to the fatty food they eat, still keepin the yum factor of the food intact.
 Here is a recipe again using banana...extremely nutritious and delicious!
INGRDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • Half a scoop protein powder
  • Honey
PROCEDURE

  • Mash a banana with 2 whole eggs till batter is formed.
  • Add in protein powder and mix well.
  • Pour a little oil on nonstick pan. Pour batter on the pan.
  • Turn sides when brown. Remove whrn both sides are cooked.
  • Serve it with honey.
